I. Scope of these regulations
- Liva Park is operated by Olipra Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Lebiodowa 33U, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9522241569, contact details: email address kontakt@livapark.pl, telephone number +48 730 006 576 (hereinafter referred to as the Host or Company).
- These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions for the provision of services, liability, and stay on the Liva Park premises by persons using the services offered by the Company (hereinafter referred to as Guests). They constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded upon payment of the advance payment for the stay. By performing these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all Guests staying on the Liva Park premises.
II. Reservations and payments
- Tents are rented for overnight stays. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day.
- The number of people occupying the tent is determined at the time of booking. The maximum number of guests is 6 adults.
- Guests check in at the Liva Park reception.
- Reservations are accepted at the reception desk or by phone, email, or other online channels.
- A reservation is considered binding upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount to the Company’s bank account.
- Payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- A reservation is confirmed if payment is made within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that the selected date is available.
- Failure to receive payment will result in the reservation being canceled.
- The transfer should be made to the following bank account:
Olipra sp. z o.o. mBank: 38 1140 2004 0000 3402 8376 5320.
Include the following information in the transfer reference: surname and first name, date of stay, and the name of the selected tent.
- Guests must pay any additional charges arising from their stay no later than the day of departure.
- Guests do not have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded between the parties. The payment for the stay is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the payment is non-refundable. Up to 14 days before arrival, guests may change the date to another available date or exchange the stay for a voucher valid for one year from the date of issue.
- If the guest shortens their stay, the difference in the amount due will not be refunded.
- Guests may not transfer the tent to third parties, even if the period for which they paid the fee has not expired.
- Guests are required to pay a REFUNDABLE security deposit of PLN 1,000 per tent, under penalty of cancellation, to cover any damages caused by guests during their stay. The deposit is refundable within 7 business days of check-out.
- The deposit must be paid at least 7 days before the planned arrival to the Liva Park, Olipra Sp. z o.o. bank account number: 38 1140 2004 0000 3402 8376 5320. The transfer reference should include: DEPOSIT, surname and first name, and date of stay.
- If the deposit is not paid by the deadline specified in the booking conditions, the Hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
- Arrivals after 8:00 PM require prior notification by phone or email.
- The Host reserves the right to cancel a reservation for unforeseen circumstances beyond their control within 7 days of the occurrence of the aforementioned circumstances. Cancellation of a reservation based on this point will result in a refund of the rental costs incurred by the Guest.
- The Host may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Terms and Conditions or caused damage to the property of the Company or Guests, or caused personal injury to a Guest, employee, or other person staying at Liva Park, or otherwise disrupted the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of the facility.
- The Host may refuse to accept a Guest who, upon arrival, is clearly under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, or who behaves aggressively or in a manner generally considered vulgar.
- The water area located within Liva Park is unguarded. Use of the water area is at the Guest’s own risk. Detailed rules for using the water area are included in the Liva Park Water Area Terms and Conditions, available at reception.
III. Conditions of stay
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited within Liva Park, except in designated areas. Any violation of this ban will result in a PLN 2,000 charge for refreshing the tent.
- The possession and use of prohibited substances is strictly prohibited within the facility. Any violation of this ban will be reported to the police, and the Guest will be required to leave the facility immediately without any right to a refund for shortening their stay.
- It is prohibited to make excessive noise within the facility, create unpleasant odors, or engage in other activities that disturb, harm, or irritate other Guests.
- Quiet hours at Liva Park are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A gross violation of quiet hours will result in a PLN 500 deduction from the security deposit.
- Weekend reservations are valid for stays from Friday to Sunday. Weekend reservations cannot be made or fulfilled for arrivals on Saturdays.
- Due to the unique nature of the site, in the event of a violent storm, strong winds, or dangerous weather conditions, guests should vacate their tents and seek shelter in a safe location. The hosts are not responsible for any damage caused by these circumstances.
- During their stay, guests are responsible for their own tent maintenance.
- The hosts are not responsible for any items left on the Liva Park premises.
- The guest is responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- In the event of a breakdown or damage to tent equipment, the host must be notified immediately. Failure to report the fault/damage will result in a repair fee being charged from the security deposit or civil liability if the repair cost exceeds the security deposit.
- Parking is available on the Liva Park premises.
- It is not possible to drive up to the tent by car on the Liva Park premises. Cars must be left in the designated parking lot. Luggage carts are available to assist with transporting luggage.
- The host is not responsible for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior by guests or behavior inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions. The Host is not responsible for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
- A fire extinguisher is provided next to each tent. Please familiarize yourself with its use.
- In Liva Park, campfires may only be lit in designated and specially prepared areas and with the Host’s consent.
- Exercise extreme caution when lighting a fire. It is prohibited to leave a lit campfire unattended by adults.
- After the campfire is over, extinguish the campfire with water.
- Due to fire safety requirements, the use of any electrically or gas-powered appliances or devices not included in the tent’s equipment (e.g., heaters, immersion heaters, burners) is prohibited in the tent.
- The use of open flames, including candles, is prohibited in the tent.
- Children aged 4 and over are permitted in Liva Park.
- The Host is not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the glamping area, playroom, or playground.
- Children should be under the constant supervision of their guardians.
- Guardians are fully responsible for children while on Liva Park grounds.
- Guardians are fully financially liable for any damage caused by the children’s actions.
IV. Animals
- Guests’ stay with pets should be agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Pet owners are required to keep their pets in a manner that does not pose a threat to other guests or staff. Dogs of breeds generally considered dangerous, and their crossbreeds, are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for removing any waste left by their pets both within the property and throughout the property.
- Cats are not allowed.
- We provide a dedicated pet bed. Armchairs, pillows, blankets, bedspreads, and beds located in tents are prohibited from being used as a resting place for pets.
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
V. Return of items left behind
- Personal items inadvertently left in the tent by a departing Guest will be returned to the address provided at the Guest’s expense upon request.
- If the Guest does not receive instructions regarding the return of the items, the Host will store the items at the owner’s expense for a period of three months, after which they will be disposed of.
- Food items will be stored for a maximum of 24 hours.
VI. Comments and complaints
- All comments and complaints regarding reservations or your stay at Liva Park should be directed to kontakt@livapark.pl.
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days.
VII. Final arrangements
- The Guest consents to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, OJ L 119 of 4 May 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act by Olipra Sp. z o. o. for the purposes necessary to carry out the Guest’s stay at Liva Park.
- Acquisition and door-to-door sales are prohibited on the premises.
