Dear Customer, On 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”) came into effect. Why do we want to process your personal data?

- to offer products and services directly to us (direct marketing), including selecting them to meet your needs, i.e., profiling, which is our legitimate interest in this (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- to offer products and services directly to us from companies cooperating with us (our partners), including selecting them to meet your needs, i.e., profiling, which is our legitimate interest in this and that of our partners (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Your personal data will be stored for the period required by law, in particular for the period specified in tax and accounting regulations, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Your personal data will be transferred only to entities authorized to obtain personal data under applicable law or entities cooperating in the delivery and warranty process. In connection with the provision of the Services, your Personal Data will be disclosed to external entities, including in particular:
- couriers and postal operators,
- banks and payment processors,
- companies collaborating to provide the service.
The data controller has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country or an international organisation.

What rights do you have?

- Right to object – We would like to inform you separately that you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You exercise the right to object when you no longer want us to process your personal data for a specific purpose. In such a case, we will continue to process your data for other processes (for other purposes), but not for the purpose for which you objected, unless your request conflicts with the obligations imposed on us by law.
